Hotel Aura By Woco Stays - Pondicherry

Spent New Year's Eve at a lovely hotel in Pondicherry. The location was unbeatable - close to both the beach and the ashram. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even going above and beyond to fill buckets of water to help me clean my car. The room was beautifully designed with elegant decor and was spotlessly clean. The running hot water 24/7 was a great bonus.

Parking was a bit of an issue as the covered parking often filled up, leaving only open roadside parking which wasn't great for my car. Unfortunately, it was covered in bird poop, dirt, and leaves by the end of the stay.

The staff was very helpful and polite. the location was great, as we were able to walk to the nearby attractions and eateries. the hotel rooms were clean and well decorated, which made for a pleasant stay.

The parking situation was not great. the covered parking only fits a few vehicles, so we had to park in the open area.

The hotel is located in a prime spot and near major tourist attractions and restaurants. the staff was very helpful, and the room was luxurious with many exclusive amenities. the private facilities were top-notch, and the room service was quick and satisfying.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the parking. the covered parking area filled up quickly, and the open parking in front of the hotel was not well-maintained, resulting in bird poop and leaves all over my car.

The hotel facilities were really good. The hotel is very close to everything, from the center of the town to a variety of great restaurants like May's Kitchen. The location could not have been better. The staff was very kind and helpful. They also provided a delicious breakfast every morning. the hotel was spotlessly clean which gave me peace of mind.

Plus, the location is central and close to everything. the rooms are spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. the staff is helpful and polite, providing great service. the breakfast is nice and the view of the surroundings is good. the covered parking facility is good for the car.

The parking area needs improvement as cars parked in the open area may get dirty due to bird poop, dirt and leaves.

The hotel's hospitality and staff were great. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the area on foot or scooter. The room design was great and the bath fittings provided 24/7 hot water. The hotel staff were great too accommodate dietary preferences, providing a vegan breakfast. a highly recommended experience!
